Montaj parchet stratificat pe sapa cu umiditate ridicata, materiale Mapei.mpg

Video prezentare, materialele care compun sistemul de montaj de parchet stratificat, pe o sapa grosiera pe baza de ciment, care are o insa o umiditate mai mare de 2%. Umiditate maxima admisa in aceste cazuri poate fi de maxim 4-5%.

Sistemul de montare al parchetului, pe o sapa cu umiditate mare decat cea prescrisa de diferite normative (2%), impune utilizarea mai multor tipuri de materiale reprezentate de:
- *ECO PRIM PU 1K, o rasina monocomponenta poliuretanica cu rol de bariera de vapori, care se aplica in doua straturi, si pe care se imprastie nisip uscat de cuart sort 0,7-1,2 mm;
- ULTRAPLAN ECO, o sapa autonivelanta pe baza de ciment pentru corectarea diferentelor de nivel si a planeitatii sapei grosiere;
- ULTRABOND ECO P992 1K, un adeziv monocomponent poliuretanic pentru lipirea parchetului;
- ULTRABOND ECO 575, un adeziv acrilic pentru lipirea plintelor.
Bariera de vapori sau hidroizolarea suportului
*Noutatea o reprezinta rasina poliuretanica monocomponenta Eco Prim PU 1K, care se aplica cu rol de bariera de vapori pe sapa grosiera cu umiditate de peste 2% CM dar si ca liant pe care se va prinde nisipul de cuart care va reprezenta puntea de aderenta pentru sapa autonivelanta.
Acest tip de rasina monocomponenta poliuretanica se intareste in prezenta umiditatii din aer si din sapa, are un continut de corp solid de 100%, un consum redus pe mp, nu contine solventi, are o vascozitate redusa si un timp mare de intarire, avand ca rezultat o foarte buna putere de penetrare in suport, cu efect de consolidare, de bariera de vapori si de impermeabilizare a suprafetei stratului suport.
**In cazul in care varianta de rasina poliuretanica ECO PRIM PU 1K, care are un timp de intarire mare, este considerata un produs prea lent, utilizatorii pot utiliza varianta ECO PRIM PU 1K TURBO care are timpul de intarire de ~2 ore.
**Rasinile epoxidice sau poliuretanice de la Mapei se aplica pe sape cu umiditate de max 5% CM.

SISTEME PENTRU MONTAJ PARCHET, Mapei
Montaj parchet pe sapa cu umiditate mai mare de 2% masurata CM.
- strat suport reprezentat de sapa grosiera cu umiditate mai mare de 2% si max 5%, masurata cu higrometrul cu carbid (CM%)
- aplicarea unei rasinii poliuretanice (*), in doua straturi pentru a realiza bariera de vapori
- imprastierea si utilizarea nisipului de cuart ca strat de legatura intre rasina si sapa autonivelanta
- turnare sapa autonivelanta cu uscare rapida
- aplicarea adezivului monocomponent poliuretanic pentru parchet
- montarea parchetului
- adeziv acrilic pentru lipirea si fixarea plintelor
- montarea plintelor
