Cocaine found in BG school cafeteria

Cocaine was discovered in a Bowling Green elementary school cafeteria during lunch time by a janitor, Bowling Green police said.

The small packet of cocaine was found on Wednesday, Aug. 25 at Crim Elementary.

Bowling Green police detectives said the morning of the discovery, several hundreds attended a breakfast.

Some elementary school parents are livid.

"If they would have picked it up or put it in their mouths it could have been deadly to my child," said Monica Miller. "I'd like to know where the cocaine came from. They shouldn't be finding cocaine in our kids' schools."

After tests, the packet of cocaine tested positive for the drug.
